Orders and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes (including sales tax, VAT, and GST where required by law) are calculated by Stripe Tax and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive a confirmation email.

Fulfilment and shipping

Prints are fulfilled by Prodigi's professional print labs, selected for proximity to your shipping destination. Estimated production and transit times are:

• Unframed prints: 5-7 business days production + shipping.
• Framed prints: 7-10 business days production + shipping.

These are estimates only. Delays caused by carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control are not grounds for refund. A hand-signed, stamped Certificate of Authenticity is prepared in California and mailed separately; allow an additional 5-10 business days for its arrival. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery.

Color and screen accuracy

Fine art prints are produced to the highest professional standard. However, colors you see on screen will differ from those of the physical print depending on your display calibration, ambient light, and viewing conditions. These differences are not defects and do not constitute grounds for return.

Each print is inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives visibly damaged or significantly misprinted, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Returns

All limited-edition fine art prints are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable except in the case of production defects or damage in transit (see above). We do not accept returns for change of mind, size, or color.

EU and UK customers: The EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 provide a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Because each print is produced to order from your chosen size and frame, all orders qualify as made-to-order goods and are explicitly exempt from the right of withdrawal. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this exemption.

Framed prints damaged in transit: retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

Cancellations

Orders enter production immediately after payment is confirmed. Cancellations may be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us via the contact form. After that window, production will have begun and we are unable to cancel.

Intellectual property

All images are the exclusive copyright of S. J. Daniel. Purchase of a print grants you the right to display it privately. No reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any image is permitted without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California, except that nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
